The Francophonie economic mission will take place on June 10 and 11, 2026 in Bucharest.
The location of the mission will be announced soon.
Registration on the platform is open until April 17, 2026 for international companies and institutions. The number of participants is limited to two per structure.
The selection of international participants is based on criteria such as international engagement, the quality of submitted projects, and their suitability to the target economic sectors.
Geographical representativeness and the promotion of gender equality are also taken into consideration.
The Romanian partner contributes to the selection of local participants.
The participant selection period will take place between the April 17 and 30, 2026. Selected candidates will be contacted during the first week of May 2026.

Yes, you are invited to complete the registration form which allows us to better guide your business meetings during the mission.
Registration is open to all. Companies will be selected primarily based on the mission's target sectors, in order to organize value-added working sessions.
Nevertheless, all motivated companies are invited to apply; some may participate even if they are active in non-targeted sectors.

For participants who are arranging their own accommodation, the OIF will offer negotiated rates with selected hotels in Bucharest. Contact details for these hotels will be provided to the selected companies and institutions during the month of May.
The priority sectors chosen for this mission, and with strong potential for intra-Francophone partnerships, include:
- Health - with a focus on pharmacy/parapharmacy
- Digital services – with a focus on cybersecurity/data protection
