The Francophonie's economic mission to Asia enabled us to meet with a Cambodian biomass fuel company that accepted a joint venture contract for the establishment of a pilot biomass briquette plant in Ankarafantsika. The outcome of our participation in the mission far exceeded our expectations: a joint venture partner, other technical partners (packaging and service providers), buyers for our products, and legal counsel to assist in preparing the joint venture agreement.
